The first Gin from the auto journalist and TV personality James May. I usually stay away from celebrity spirits, but this gin is genuinely good. I've had this bottle for about a year and have ordered each of the flavors hes put out and each provide a slightly different variation, but the throughline is a really good gin.
The smell is fresh and smells exactly like you want a nice gin to smell like. Very botanical and on the tounge sweetness from the citrus, ginger and a bit of spice from black pepper. This is a great gin to sip or to mix into nearly any gin cocktail.

How to Taste
With your whiskey at room temperature, put the glass near your nose and close your eyes and inhale. What do
you smell?
Drink a sip, just enough to cover your tounge and swish it around front, left and right. then down the
hatch. What do you taste?
If it burns a little, maybe try to add a couple drops of water. Otherwise, try again - usually after the
initial burn, you may get some of the flavors you are looking for.
