One of my favorite distilleries in the Chicago area, FEW is making some of the most delicious bourbons you can get for 40 or under. This is a sipper, a mixer and a good gifter.
93 proof is perfect for this bourbon, with sweet vanilla and some oaky bite. Orange and citrus and maybe some spices in the latter half. This is a smooth sipper, and makes for an amazing bourbon old fashioned.
This is easily one of my best value bourobns, for $40 - gift it, have a bottle or two in your bar.

How to Taste
With your whiskey at room temperature, put the glass near your nose and close your eyes and inhale. What do
you smell?
Drink a sip, just enough to cover your tounge and swish it around front, left and right. then down the
hatch. What do you taste?
If it burns a little, maybe try to add a couple drops of water. Otherwise, try again - usually after the
initial burn, you may get some of the flavors you are looking for.
